PARKING
There is a large pay-and-display car park in front of the cinema which is operated by Arun District Council. THE CAR PARK IS FREE AFTER 6pm EVERY DAY. There are a number of disabled parking bays near the cinema entrance & parking is free for Blue Badge holders. On busy Summer weekends and holiday periods please allow extra time as the car park can be busy during peak periods.
BOX OFFICE
The box office is open during screenings for over-the-counter ticket sales - we open half an hour before the first screening of the day and REMAIN OPEN ALL DAY until half an hour after the last show has started. Daily screening times can be found on this website.

REFUNDS
All ticket sales are final and are NOT REFUNDABLE.
In the event of a screening not taking place for any reason, ticket-holders for that screening will be offered tickets for an alternative screening, vouchers or a refund.
Additional discounts and promotions can only be applied to 'standard price' screenings (with the exception of MEERKAT 2-for-1 codes which can also be used for discounted Family films.
FILM START TIMES
Films usually start very shortly after the advertised time - please aim to be in your seats by the advertised time. Late-comers may not be admitted.
ADMISSION
Admission under all circumstances and particularly late admission is entirely at the discretion of the management. Under 4's are not admitted except for designated screenings - i.e. some family matinee screenings. Different age restrictions may apply on a film-by-film basis.
ADVANCE TICKET BOOKING
Tickets can be booked in advance via this website (60p booking fee per ticket).
Tickets can also be booked in advance over the phone (50p booking fee per phone transaction) and at the Box Office counter using card or cash during screening times - there are no fees for booking at the Box Office counter in-person.
DISABLED ACCESS
We have 4 wheelchair spaces which can be booked at the Box Office counter and online. The wheelchair spaces are located at both ends of the front row and are on a flat floor.
Access from the car park and cinema entrance to the wheelchair spaces in the auditorium is flat throughout. The disabled toilet is accessible from the entrance foyer. Please ask for a key if they are locked. The cinema auditorium is equipped with an induction loop system for hearing aid users.
FOOD & DRINK
We have a fully stocked kiosk with hot & cold drinks, popcorn, chocolates, sweets & ice cream. The kiosk opens before screenings and accepts cards and cash.
